4. How Your Message Is Sent

When you submit the contact form, your message is delivered to us by email using Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) as our SMTP email delivery provider, via the FluentSMTP plugin. FluentSMTP is configured with email logging disabled, so no copy of your message is stored in the website database. Brevo processes your name, email address, and message content solely to transmit the email, and retains transmission logs for a maximum of 30 days before they are cleared. 5. Spam Protection

Our contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which helps prevent automated spam submissions. Turnstile may process limited technical data such as your IP address to verify that you are a human visitor. No persistent cookies are set by Turnstile. 6. Cookies and Analytics

We use only strictly necessary cookies, which are always active and are required for the site to function. We do not use Google Analytics or any third-party analytics or tracking tools, and we do not use advertising or profiling cookies. Fonts are served locally from our own server, so no font data is requested from third parties such as Google Fonts.

7. External Links

This website includes a link to our Instagram profile. Our policy applies only to copperduckinteriors.co.uk. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any external site you visit.

8. Data Retention

Enquiry emails are retained in our email inbox for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to and manage your enquiry. Transmission logs held by Brevo are automatically cleared after 30 days. If you would like your information removed, please contact us at karen@copperduck.co.uk.
